My Journey as a Home Baker
I always wanting a small café due to my love of all things coffee. I tried with a few friends in Thailand to start this adventure yet it did not all go as planned and there are many established cafés.
When I got to the US I started to learn more about baking and really enjoyed it. I did not have this style of kitchen at home so it was very new to me. I started to try out recipes I found online and also make traditional Thai desserts.
I began to test out new ideas with cakes and cupcakes using fresh ingredients making my own frostings and purees.
