I try to use all natural ingredients as much as possible; however, some colors or flavors might be too unique to replicate.

I create my own caramel, fruit purées, and use various types of cake processes to achieve the best results in flavors.

Due to using very fresh products and no preservatives the shelf life of my bakery is shorter than store bought. For this reason please make sure to order your bakery within 1 – 2 days from when you need it.
