I am from Udon Thani located in Northern Thailand near the boarder of Laos.

I grew up on a farm with my family; mother, father and have an older sister. We grow many vegetables and fruits along with a large jasmine rice field. My parents sent me to go to university to learn business skills.

I then changed careers and moved to Japan and worked for 3 years working within a team environment programming PCB manufacturing computer boards.

When I returned to Thailand I started to work at Department of Highways in Bangkok.

Traveling around Thailand and Japan gave me a large concept of coffee and desserts available. It was at this time I so wanted to start a coffee shop of my own. The big step came when talking to friends who wanted to start it up as well and there was 3 times we tried yet it was deemed very difficult since in Bangkok there are so many coffee shops and restaurants, starting a new one can become difficult.

I met my Fiancé Ash Pagelsdorf on OkCupid in 2016 and we talked and video chat for a few months and then he ask to take me on date and visit me. So we make long plan for one month in Thailand and travel my country. We go to the many temples, malls, parks, and historic landmarks. He finds outs new foods and desserts he never knew existed and we talk about our new life

When I come to US we need to marry in 90 days and we look for simple yet fancy place for small wedding and we have no luck. Then one day we be at local Open Door Coffeehouse and we see they have small area for meetings and people can rent out location. So we find out if we can have wedding there and they say yes.

It took us 2 years to get back to my hometown to have a wedding ceremony, due to covid-19 closing borders and airports. We made it back November 2022 and had a wonderful large wedding and it was everything I wanted and hoped it could be.

I started to become a Home Baker as my main career and began attending local Farmers Markets within Dodge County. Horicon’s Music in the Park, Mayville’s Music in Mayville Park Square and Audubon Days, and Wild Elements Flower Farm have helped me become famous for my elegant desserts.

I want to say thank you to all the citizens of dodge county and the surrounding area for supporting me on this bakery journey. I look forward to my bakery shop to help become a staple location for many people’s events.
